Yes I do believe Church's example of a topic proposal was adequate. Church states the issue the loss of biodiversity, then goes to show who it should be important to. Humans are the number one cause of loss of biodiversity in the world. Then church explains so what, telling the audience why it is important for human to quit destroying biodiversity and the effect it has on the medical field and the eventual harm it will play on humans. Church discusses cures that could be found from different plants but if we continue to destroy these plants we destroy the chance of finding a cure to diseases.
